Return and Refund Policy
At LUDJET, many of our products are made to order or produced in limited runs.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general preference once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@ludjet.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- a replacement
- a partial refund
- a full refund
Items are not eligible for refund or replacement if they have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
