Shipping policy

Some products are made to order or prepared in limited production runs.

This means your order may require additional preparation or production time before dispatch. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to production schedules, courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

Import duties and taxes

International orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates. Depending on the destination, the order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or courier administration fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are payable by the customer upon import. The amount is determined by the destination country's customs authority and the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is refused because import charges are not paid, any return shipping costs, customs charges or courier fees may be deducted from the refund.
